Thanks for shopping with us! We want to make sure you have a great experience from the moment you order to the moment your package arrives. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your items to you.

How We Ship: Faster, Smarter, Greener

To get your order to you as quickly and sustainably as possible, we partner with Gelato, the world’s largest print-on-demand network. Your order is produced by one of over 130 production partners in 32 countries, which means it’s made at a facility closer to your delivery address.  

This “produce locally” model helps us achieve:

  • Faster Delivery: Reduced shipping distances mean shorter transit times.
  • A Smaller Carbon Footprint: Less distance traveled means lower carbon emissions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Every item is printed on demand just for you. The total time to get your order is a combination of the time it takes to create your product (fulfillment) and the time it’s in transit (shipping).  

Here are our general estimates for total delivery time:

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons can sometimes occur.  

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on your specific order and location. This ensures you get the most accurate and fair price. You will see all available shipping options (like Standard or Express) and their exact costs before you complete your purchase.  

International Shipping & Customs Fees

We ship globally to give everyone access to our products. How customs fees are handled depends on your shipping destination.

For orders shipped to these Countries, all fees are included: If your order is shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All customs and duty fees are included (Delivered Duty Paid).  

For All Other International Destinations: If your order is shipped to a country not listed above, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country.  

  • The customer is responsible for paying all customs fees. These charges are separate from your order and are paid directly to the local customs agency.  
  • We cannot predict what these charges will be, as customs policies vary widely. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Any applicable sales tax (like VAT in the EU/UK) is calculated at checkout and is separate from customs duties.  

Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this to follow your package’s journey to your door. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.  

Returns & Exchanges

Because every product is custom-printed just for you, we do not support returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind. Each item is made on-demand, so we don’t hold inventory and cannot restock returned goods.  

This policy allows us to remain sustainable while offering a wide range of products at an affordable price.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.  

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please include:

  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.  

Once we verify the issue, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.  

Lost Packages

If your order seems to be lost in transit (the tracking hasn’t updated in a while and the estimated delivery date has passed), please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.  

If tracking shows the package was “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, we ask that you check with your neighbors or local post office. We are unable to offer a refund or replacement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.  

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of a new order if you wish to have it reshipped.
